PicklePulse is a pickleball MVP built to serve three people at once: the player tracking their rating, the referee scoring courtside, and the organiser running the tournament. The design problem was fitting all three into one app without the interface turning to clutter.

I led product design across the MVP: rating tracking, courtside scoring, and the tournament layer that ties brackets, matches, and ratings into one live record. The goal was clarity under complexity: make each person's slice feel simple and trustworthy.
