KyoAI | AI workspace for Vietnamese learners. Built in a 4-week sprint by a 3-person team, with you as lead designer and PM covering research, flows, and UI.

Most AI tools hand users a blank cursor. Research surfaced three gaps: no trust in which model to use, no easy way to bring in personal files/sources, and no way to keep sessions anchored to an actual goal.

We invented the @ # ★ system, which is familiar syntax from Slack/Notion/GitHub, applied to an AI workspace for the first time:

• @ model switching (solves trust)

• # file referencing (solves control)

• ★ goal-setting (solves structure), backed by Locke & Latham's goal-setting theory

As the result: 600+ organic sign-ups and 10+ B2B deals in the sprint window.
