July 2026

MinhPhuc Packaging Manufactoring was running its core operations - quoting, CRM, and production data — on spreadsheets only a few people fully understood. I joined as the product designer to turn that into a real system: mapping each business process, designing the screens, and defining the edge cases that spreadsheets quietly absorb but software has to handle (currently building CRM & Business Modules).

The clearest example is the quotation flow. A manual Excel file - dense, error-prone, tribal knowledge - became a structured screen anyone on the team could use without training. Same logic underneath, but now it's a product, not a file someone's afraid to break.

This is the work I do when a business has outgrown its spreadsheets: take an operation that's messy but critical, and make it into something a team can actually run on.
